Qualifications of Sales Associate

• A confident & outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
• The ability to communicate with a diverse group of people and excellent listening
• Self-motivation & passionate, customer service oriented, seeking to exceed customer expectations
• Well-spoken & able to conduct dynamic sales presentations
• The ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, & most holidays
• The ability to cover stores in the assigned area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend

• Do you have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation?
• Are you available to work weekends, holidays, and on average 40-45 hours a week? (Must be able to work weekends and most holidays. Not Negotiable.)
• Are you able to travel to Southington, CT for the first week of employment for paid sales training? Hotel accommodations (if applicable) will be paid for by the company and mileage will be reimbursed.
